🎊HAPPY 1ST CONFIRMED CANON BIRTHDAY🎊 to my favourite boy, Shimazaki Ryou!
Mixed media piece [mostly Sakura Gelly Rollers, Copic Markers, BIC soft feel ball point pen, Copic multiliners, half tone rub-transfer] featuring my OC, Rothko. I made the mistake of submitting the original to a local open-submission gallery show and arbitrarily listing it’s ‘worth’ at $250. They sold it and gave me a $100 check.
LUCKILY, I scanned it in full before submitting it to the show, and I was able to get a to-scale high quality print on canvas. Bummer that the black light reactive Gelly Roller bits are lost along with the original piece =<= I hope the person who bought it is treating it well.

I ran this event, but it wasn’t an ‘event’ so much as my friend @misinininining and I aggressively high-fiving each other over Shimateru for several months by banging out a series of drawings and fanfics! Several of the Shimazaki plushies in the plush pile are inspired by AU versions of Shimazaki from some choice Mis Fics!
